Coaching is a leadership style that is a useful way of developing your team members skills and abilities, therefore boosting their performance.

In this interactive and practical session, we’ll explore the concept of coaching, and provide you with some skills and models to help you start your coaching journey.  The session will focus on workplace coaching, with specific examples to help you to focus on improving performance in your team.

About the Trainer Louise Gutteridge

A HR and Development professional with over 15 years’ experience, Louise is passionate about supporting companies, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.

Louise has experience of working within a range of sectors from Retail to Government, across the UK and the UAE. Louise has been responsible for delivering a variety of projects with diverse teams from setting up Learning Academies to organisational restructures.

Louise specialises in the assessment and development of talent throughout organisations, working collaboratively to create and implement talent management strategies.
