Who Should Attend:

This course is open to anyone or any level. We all bring our whole selves to work and we are all subject to the curved balls that life throws at us.

Summary:

In the UK today, 1 in 6 of us has a diagnosable mental illness at any given time with 9 out of 10 people not comfortable to talk to their manager. Communications is a fast-moving and high-pressure environment which makes it rewarding and exciting. However, working in such an industry can also bring challenges too. Society is thankfully making progress in breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and more specifically, mental ill health. This webinar will provide an introduction to mental wellbeing in the workplace and armed with greater understanding, will prepare you to better face the challenges of daily life.
