ABOUT TAA MARBOUTA

Taa Marbouta provides aspiring young women in PR and communications with a more direct path to senior positions through mentorship.

The programme also seeks to shift the narrative that mentorship is a male-dominated role — encouraging more women to step forward as mentors.

How? By connecting ambitious talent with successful senior women across industries.

Programme mentors are selected for more than just their title and employer, but their personal philosophies, achievements, and leadership. Meanwhile, each mentee is carefully matched with these outstanding women based on what matters most to them and their careers.

Achieving this creates lasting, meaningful relationships between emerging and senior talent while plugging the women mentor gap found across industries.

The result? More women at the very top and a stronger industry for generations ahead.

FAQ
