Talkwalker and Hootsuite have just published the third edition of their Brand Love 2022 report, in which they study over 1500 brands to determine the world’s most loved brands and how they did it.
Besides the ranking, the report has developed a bespoke Brand Love Index which includes a Passion score, a Customer Satisfaction score, and a Trust score. These three elements, combined, have been identified as the key motivators for fostering brand loyalty and eventually love.
Also, this year, sustainability is key. Brands that are winning the hearts of consumers are taking direct action towards economic, environmental, and societal sustainability.
