Dubai, UAE – 8 March 2022: Re:Set, a UAE-founded company which serves as a platform for tools and stories around mental health and well-being, education, parenting, gender and inclusion, is proud to launch, The Playing Field, an innovative female-led club. Bringing together a diverse group of high-achieving women in the UAE, the club will support and empower female founders and women in leadership positions through collaboration, learning, opportunity and community events. Furthermore, the club will unite in an effort to support, educate and impactfully change the dialogue and landscape of all women in the workplace, it will #ReSetThePlayingField.

The club is opening the conversation, with regional context, on all the joys and challenges of being a female leader. Members of The Playing Field will have the opportunity to join mentorship programmes and foster relationships with like-minded individuals, as well as access exclusive workshops and opportunities to network with a diverse collective of women who are changing the dialogue every day. Re:Set’s platform will also feature members and amplify their professional journeys, which is an integral part of the club’s mission to provide a further narrative and support system to all women in the region.

The Playing Field launches with an impressive list of ambassadors, who will champion and commence the conversation. Together they bring immense experience, regionally and globally, that will guide and mentor their fellow peers and the wider community through the intricacies of being a female leader in the modern world. Commenting on the launch, Aakanksha Tangri, Founder of Re:Set, said “Inspired by my own experiences as an entrepreneur, we are very excited to be launching our first club to gather women and create a safe space for them to share their stories, successes and failures with no judgements. Similarly to the platform’s main objectives, “The Playing Field” will be a space where women empower, guide and nurture each other with one common mission to make an impact and change the narrative.”
