PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – UAE

Performance Communications Middle East is looking for talented professionals to join our growing team in Dubai, specifically Account Managers / Senior Account Managers. Role Description

🔹 Account Manager
• Lead multiple client accounts and manage day-to-day workstreams
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Draft high-quality communications materials including press releases and planning documents
• Proactively manage media relations and identify integrated campaign opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members, offering feedback and support
• Oversee projects, timelines, budgets, and reporting to ensure excellence in delivery

🔹 Senior Account Manager
• Set the strategic direction for key client accounts and lead campaign development
• Oversee the planning, creative direction and execution of large-scale, integrated campaigns
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
• Inspire and mentor a growing team, fostering professional development
• Play a key role in business development, contributing to new business pitches and proposals
• Analyse campaign results and offer clear, actionable insights

Requirements:

🔹 Account Manager
• 4–6 years’ experience in PR, communications or marketing (agency preferred)
• A motivating leader who brings out the best in others
• Strategic mindset with strong operational and organisational skills
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a calm and positive approach
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Experienced in handling clients, managing campaigns and working across channels
• Proven success in delivering integrated campaigns and building strong media relationships

🔹 Senior Account Manager
• 6+ years’ experience in communications with a strong record in team and campaign leadership (agency experience preferred)
• Inspiring senior leader with strategic, creative, and commercial insight
• Emotionally intelligent and confident managing senior client stakeholders
• Skilled at leading large campaigns and cross-functional teams
• Adaptable, resilient, and calm under pressure
• Passionate about nurturing talent and creating collaborative team culture
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-profile projects and clients
