About the job:

Reporting directly to the Director of Public Relations, the Public Relations Manager will assume responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

Developing and spearheading PR strategies from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with the client’s key business objectives and seamless integration with social media and digital initiatives.
Proactively identifying opportunities and proposing innovative campaigns to enhance the client’s positive positioning in the media and among target audiences.
Collaborating closely with media outlets, news agencies, influencers, and key contacts in the hospitality industry to bolster brand outreach.
Cultivating and nurturing high-level media contacts, securing coverage across various media outlets of significance to clients.
Adapting appropriate media strategies to target audiences by understanding local market needs and the evolving environment.
Overseeing the activities and workloads of account executives dedicated to respective clients.

Successful candidates must possess the following qualities:

A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a relevant field.
Over 5 years of managerial experience in PR and communications within the hospitality sector (mandatory requirement).
A portfolio showcasing successful campaigns overseen by the candidate.
In-depth knowledge of the regional and international media landscape.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Creative thinking ability with a penchant for innovation and problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Established connections with media outlets and influential accounts.


Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, with a focus on the Middle East.
Proven track record of orchestrating successful PR campaigns that have significantly impacted brand perception and market positioning in the Middle East.
Deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic dynamics of the Middle East.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of PR professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
