About the job:
As the Director of Public Relations for Ellyse Management in the Middle East, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing high-impact PR strategies to enhance our brand presence and reputation. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven PR experience in the Middle East, demonstrating strategic thinking, leadership, and a keen understanding of regional dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with Ellyse Management’s objectives, ensuring resonance with the unique cultural and business landscape of the Middle East.
Provide strategic leadership to our PR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture while ensuring the team’s continued professional development.
Cultivate and nurture key relationships with influential media outlets, thought leaders, and stakeholders throughout the Middle East to amplify our brand’s reach and impact.
Direct the development of impactful press releases, media materials, and communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with Ellyse Management’s brand messaging and regional nuances.
Serve as the chief spokesperson for the organization, representing Ellyse Management in high-profile media engagements, conferences, and strategic partnerships in the Middle East.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and geopolitical developments in the Middle East, providing insights and recommending adjustments to PR strategies.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Senior Leadership, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand representation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, with a focus on the Middle East.
Proven track record of orchestrating successful PR campaigns that have significantly impacted brand perception and market positioning in the Middle East.
Deep understanding of the cultural, social, and economic dynamics of the Middle East.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of PR professionals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
