Cosmopole Announces the Promotion of Amy Heath to Project Delivery Director

Abu Dhabi, 19 December 2025: Cosmopole is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Heath to the role of Project Delivery Director, following her exceptional contribution as Senior SEO and GEO Specialist.

In her new role, Amy will lead Cosmopole’s operational excellence and delivery function, ensuring that every client engagement is executed efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards. She will work closely with senior leadership, the Client Experience Director, and Practice Leads to design and embed delivery frameworks, systems, and tools that strengthen consistency, performance, and scalability across the agency. Amy will also play a key role in championing innovation, guiding teams to integrate emerging methodologies and industry best practice that elevate Cosmopole’s delivery proposition.

Amy’s promotion reflects her strong strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and her track record of driving measurable improvements in delivery, process optimisation, and cross-practice integration. She will lead the evolution of Cosmopole’s Account Management Playbook, oversee the development and adoption of agency-wide SOPs, and drive the rollout and utilisation of tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Her remit includes monitoring project profitability and scope adherence, supporting resource planning, and ensuring continuous improvement across all delivery touchpoints.
