Coffee Communications is currently hiring a PR Intern, Social Media Intern and Junior Social Media Executive to join their growing team!

Job Description

As a PR intern working across F&B, hospitality, fashion and lifestyle brands, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day support of PR account executives and the key account managers in the team. You will be at the company to learn, to be mentored and to provide valuable assistance to the existing structure. The role is one that is both all-encompassing and diverse, where you will have the opportunity to put forward your ideas as well as assist the experienced team members above you.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in PR, traditional and digital communications, social media and creative as well as basic knowledge of the hospitality, fashion and beauty industry, knowledge of the digital arena, be dynamic and strategic, possess competent writing skills, have the ability to take initiative, a positive mindset with a can-do attitude and adept at assisting multiple high-profile clients.
It’s essential that in order to be successful in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of relationship building and networking. A strong desire to learn and assist all levels of the business is essential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties will include, but not limited to the following)

Market Research
• Online and data research for reports and pitches
• Social media research and reporting
• Keep abreast of all media and features/articles key for each client
Media Monitoring
• Monitoring daily the media coverage for various clients and compiling clippings for
Client Report Development
• Deadlines weekly/monthly to hand in to your managers, the media monitoring info.
• Additional research for each client online and on social media for activity
Event Planning and Support
• Support for the events and management on various logistics related to client events
• Dealing with suppliers to ensure the smooth success of all events
• Presence at events, setting up and supporting or handling guest list and entry/RSVPs
Creative Ideas and Input for clients
• Using initiative to assist the team in PR strategy for each client
• Pitching ideas for PR teams to pitch stories in the media relevant to each client
• Should be PowerPoint proficient to support with client pitch presentations with the
assistance of the account executives and managers
Database Management
• Updating the press database
• Updating the VIP and social media database


• Willing to start immediately
• Preferably Arabic speaker and writer

Job Description


The social media assistant is a proactive and detail-oriented individual, who is responsible for fully supporting the Social Media & Creative Department in scheduling social media calendars, creating social media briefs and other administrative tasks. This position will be working closely with the Social Media and Creative teams.


• Create weekly /monthly social media calendars to promote brands on various social
media platforms
• Post on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns.
• Brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing posts and campaigns for scalability
• Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Compile report for management showing results (ROI)

• Positive and proactive, can-do attitude with co-workers and clients
• Must lead by example with excellent written and verbal communication skills and
acute attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Experience in working with multiple brands

Job Description

Position Summary
The Junior Social Media Executive will be supporting to drive the creative direction of brands and campaigns, create compelling and effective brand kits including videos, photos, print and and digital media and social media calendar. This position will be working closely with the Social Media and Creative teams.

• Brainstorm with other Creatives and Social Media team on the campaign ideas and or project requirements
• Create mock ups, mood board or story board based on the requirement and scope of project
• Develop multimedia content such as videos, interactive social media content, branding and marketing content.
• Perform in-depth research and gathering materials to create accurate animations and special effects.
• Use design tools, animation software and recording equipment to create audio, text, animation, and visual effects
• Taking feedback from the team members and making changes accordingly.
• Meeting regularly with the stakeholders such as the Art Director, Social Media team
and clients on the clients’ report and other critical milestones.

• Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a
multimedia context combined with excellent IT and programming skills
• Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment
• Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
• Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles
