SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities (Full Time Office Based)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to meet brand objectives.
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to establish and maintain an assertive brand
outreach on social platforms.
• Manage paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Tumblr
and Reddit.
• Support social marketing efforts for other channels, such as SEO/SEM/PR campaigns.
• Monitor the organization’s social media accounts and ensure brand consistency in all social media
messages, produce reports, etc.
• Create relevant and versatile content to engage target audiences, promote our brand, and drive
engagement.
• Report and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights on performance
metrics.
• Manage outreach with third-party influencers and plan live events, webinars or conferences.
• Lead and instruct cross-functional teams (content, graphics, marketing) in a fast-paced environment
with multiple deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumen.
• Expertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with ease.
• Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and Similar editing tools.

SENIOR PR EXECUTIVE
The day-to-day (Full Time & Office Based)
• Write press releases, news stories, articles, case studies, and product pieces
• Pitch press releases and feature ideas by phone or email to national, regional, and trade journalists, across print, broadcast, and online, to interest them in covering their clients’ stories
• Respond to phone calls and emails from journalists
• Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients’ spokespeople – in person or over the phone – and facilitate these meetings where appropriate
• Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients
• Attend client events and industry conferences
• Handle clients’ social media accounts such as their Twitter, Facebook, or LinkedIn pages
• Deliver analytics reports on social media, reporting on traffic, engagement, and follower figures
• Brainstorm fresh ideas for PR campaigns
• Develop social calendars for client accounts – content & copy
Key skills
• English language fluency: You need to have excellent written and spoken English
Copywriting skills: You need to be hot on spelling, grammar, and proofreading, as well as have a creative flair for producing engaging copy.
• Presentation skills: From communicating ideas to your team to presenting stories to journalists, you need to organize information in a succinct and interesting way to capture their attention.
• Strong interpersonal skills: Whether it’s over the phone, by email, or in person, PR is all about people, so you need to be approachable, friendly, and empathetic, and be able to relate to people on different levels within the agency, with clients and with the media.
• Excellent telephone manner: You will spend a lot of your time pitching stories to journalists, so you need to have the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to them and maintain a positive, friendly, and upbeat tone.
• Time-keeping: You will often be working to tight media deadlines as well as meeting the demands and pressures of your team and clients, so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently, without compromising on quality.
• Resilience: You need to be bold enough to pick up the phone to national journalists and resilient enough to handle criticism and rejection.
• Initiative: Display initiative and ambition towards both the agency’s growth and independence.
Performance Upkeep & Reporting:
• Monthly KPIs outlined on each client account to be met
• Weekly team meetings – share progress & updates (Monday 10 am)
• Weekly status reports on all client accounts
• Monthly activity reports on all client accounts

DESIGN INTERN
Key Responsibilities (Full Time Office Based)
• Help develop and execute design concepts for various projects including digital and print materials.
• Research design trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborating with the design team to brainstorm ideas and develop concepts.
• Supporting the design process from concept to final execution.
• Assisting with photo editing, retouching, and manipulations.
• Assisting with the organization and management of design files and assets.
• Provide general support to the design team as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suits, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and similar editing tools.
• Familiar with Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.
