On Tuesday 9th June, The Work Crowd and the PRCA are teaming up to host a webinar panel discussion to talk about how to leverage your social media communication during times of crisis.

In this webinar, we will be looking at the importance of tone and demeanour in order to communicate a sense of empathy but also ensure that you are still gripping your audience and keeping them connected. As such, it is integral to look at what content you are creating and how to digitally distribute it to ensure your brands message is reaching your target audience.

We will also be looking at current trends and the type of trends we will anticipate across social media in the future months, particularly addressing how brands have managed to stay connected with their audience during this current pandemic.

This webinar discussion will be chaired by The Work Crowd CEO Alice Weightman, Chairman of the PRCA Independent Consultants group.
