Summary:

According to the Sleep Council nearly half of us are getting six hours sleep or less a night and four out of five people complain of disturbed or ‘toxic’ sleep. With the pace of life, the uncertainty around the world and the stresses we are under in our lives, it is imperative we make room for proper rest and recovery.
