About the trainer – Louise Gutteridge 

A HR and Development professional with over 15 years’ experience, Louise is passionate about supporting companies, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.

Louise has experience of working within a range of sectors from Retail to Government, across the UK and the UAE. Louise has been responsible for delivering a variety of projects with diverse teams from setting up Learning Academies to organisational restructures.

Louise specialises in the assessment and development of talent throughout organisations, working collaboratively to create and implement talent management strategies.

Louise’s contribution is focused around making a positive commercial impact and supporting individuals to lead purposeful and high performing lives.
