How effectively are you communicating? We don’t buy something because we like the pictures alone – our words may be less nowadays but they are increasingly important. The way you write determines whether people read your full message, understand it, accept it, remember it and act on it.

Writing skills are even more important in the digital age with shorter attention spans and more distractions, and particularly in this part of the world where so many cultures are communicating with each other.

This half-day PRCA session will help you to develop written content that works online and offline. We will review English language rules and help you to develop your grammar skills and punctuation in order to deliver an impactful call-to-action. Plus, we will share best practice techniques and strategies for creating impactful headlines and structuring long form written pieces.

Attendees will:

·                  Review common English language spelling and grammar mistakes

·                  Learn basic grammar and punctuation rules

·                  Gain an understanding of the importance of writing structure and style
