Summary:

According to Mindful.org, mindfulness is ‘the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.’ Easy to say but much harder in practice in the 21st century.

Event Overview:

This webinar will explore how to bring mindfulness techniques into our daily lives, as a powerful stress management and resilience tool, combating the myriad daily pressures.

Attendees will:

·       Understand the principles and theory behind mindfulness

·       Appreciate the benefits (of daily practice) of mindfulness

·       Be shown a range of approaches including; listening; breathing; self-compassion; self-scanning; and arriving in a room.

·       Be asked so what? So what one thing (or better still three things) are you going to change after this course?
