Summary:
Some of us have been lucky enough to have worked with great leaders — they’ve inspired and motivated us to work harder and smarter, and to be our best selves. Most of us have also been unlucky enough to have worked with less good leaders… too aggressive, too hands-on, not hands-on enough, too much of a micromanager, too intransigent, too much ego — the list goes on.
We’re determined to be the best leaders as we progress in our careers and not repeat the mistakes made by others — but being good enough at your job to get a promotion doesn’t mean you know how to lead people in the right way. Leadership styles and approaches are many and varied, and knowing how to sharpen and evolve your leadership skills should be something you commit to throughout your career.
This workshop will challenge you to reflect on your own leadership skills and explore ways to develop them to improve effectiveness and motivate your team.
