Social media has revolutionised our communications. As PR professionals, we look to these channels to increase brand awareness and loyalty, and to build an emotional connection with our audience. Social media is cheaper, quicker and can be potentially more effective in delivering our messages directly than other communications techniques, however these dominating and emerging platforms come with their own risks and challenges.

This half-day PRCA session will help you to evaluate the risks posed by social media, prepare a social media crisis strategy in advance, and respond effectively.
