In this session, we’ll focus on attention and energy management, which is the art of focusing on getting things done for the right reasons, in the right places and at the right moments.
With the recent shift to working from home, we’ll explore ways to help you structure your day to increase your effectiveness. We’ll tackle the usual issues of prioritisation, planning and procrastination as well as exploring the more psychological aspects of attention and energy management.
In this interactive and participative session, we’ll explore practical hints and tips to help you to make the most of one of our most precious resources, time!

About the trainer – Louise Gutteridge
A HR and Development professional with over 15 years’ experience, Louise is passionate about supporting companies, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.
Louise has experience of working within a range of sectors from Retail to Government, across the UK and the UAE. Louise has been responsible for delivering a variety of projects with diverse teams from setting up Learning Academies to organisational restructures.
Louise specialises in the assessment and development of talent throughout organisations, working collaboratively to create and implement talent management strategies.
