  • Widespread Engagement: 92% of respondents report using AI in some form, with nearly half (46%) actively applying it in their daily work.
  • Core Tools: Content creation platforms are the most widely used (66%), followed by NLP tools (37%) and AI-driven analytics (36%). Google Analytics remains dominant, used by 76% of professionals.
  • Efficiency & Creativity: 83% say AI has improved content quality and creativity, while 72% report increased efficiency through automated tasks, faster reporting, and streamlined communication.
  • ROI on the Rise: 65% report measurable returns from AI adoption, with most citing gains of 30–50%.
  • Future Outlook: 79% believe AI will improve insights and analytics for smarter decision-making, while 76% see it becoming central to content creation and distribution in the next five years.

  • Skills Shift: 47% point to a growing demand for continuous learning, upskilling, and strategic roles as AI reshapes the industry’s skill landscape.
