World Mental Health Day is an international day observed on 10 October every year. The overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilising efforts in support of mental health has been the main objectives since 1992.
In light of World Mental Health day, the PRCA SEA will be offering a series of free events and webinars to discuss the importance of mental health.

Summary:

Mindfulness is the new Psychological Capital for Organisations globally. Countless research findings show us that Mindfulness can help change our perspectives of wellbeing, especially needed during challenging times. The talk will provide evidence and opportunities for enhancing a culture of wellbeing-centred performance in organisations and how it can help us ride the storm with calm.

Speaker’s Bio:

Kathirasan K (Kathir) is the Founder and Managing Director of the Centre for Mindfulness Group. He is the author of three books on Mindfulness and has trained thousands of people. Kathir has the ability to contextualise Mindfulness within any culture and in the areas of education, leadership, teaching, learning, personal development, coaching, counselling, career development and stress management. Being an experienced OD Consultant, Kathir sees the relevance of Mindfulness in Organisational and Workplace settings.
