Summary:

We are living in uncertain times and whether it is juggling priorities, trying to balance the books, or dealing with critical incidents communicators must make many decisions every day.
So how can we make sure that we have effective decisions making even when we are under pressure? Do you trust your gut instinct or have systems that you can fall back on when you need support? When you are in a crisis do you struggle to see the situation clearly and find planning forward challenging?
In an uncertain world there are ways to find some certainty and build resilience. This half day workshop/seminar will take you through how to understand the decision making process as well as practically test your ability to think quickly but effectively when under pressure.
