Whether providing feedback to clients or to your team members, the ability to provide clear, structured feedback is vital for both your personal and business success.

According to a recent study by Harvard Business Review over 44% of managers believe that giving developmental feedback was stressful or difficult. However, there are significant benefits of providing feedback, including enhancing ability, developing creativity, increasing motivation and encouraging discretionary effort.

In this interactive and participative session, we’ll explore how to provide effective feedback that drives performance improvement.  We’ll focus on techniques to maximise your effectiveness; while encouraging a two-way dialogue to increase engagement.
