The Centre for Creative Leadership describes leadership as “the power to ignite transformational change to navigate the crisis of the moment while preparing for the changed world that comes next.”
In this session we’ll start to discover the concept of leadership, how it differs from management, and help you to identify your preferred leadership style. To complete our session, we’ll explore the current challenges for leaders and share some useful techniques to support you during this transitional time.

About the trainer – Louise Gutteridge
A HR and Development professional with over 15 years’ experience, Louise is passionate about supporting companies, teams and individuals to achieve their potential.
Louise has experience of working within a range of sectors from Retail to Government, across the UK and the UAE. Louise has been responsible for delivering a variety of projects with diverse teams from setting up Learning Academies to organisational restructures.
Louise specialises in the assessment and development of talent throughout organisations, working collaboratively to create and implement talent management strategies.
Louise’s contribution is focused around making a positive commercial impact and supporting individuals to lead purposeful and high performing lives.
