Summary:
As PR professionals, the online world presents us with a whole host of new opportunities to reach and connect with our target audiences like never before. At the same time, this new and constantly evolving arena brings with it new threats and risks for our organisational and personal reputations. This half day PRCA session will help you to assess and mitigate those risks, and develop strategies to ensure you are prepared to respond to issues that arise and/or escalate online.
