Summary:
Almost by definition, internal communicators are in the change business. Sooner or later we help promote new behaviours, changes to processes or breaking bad news. However, there’s a lot of unnecessary mystique about change communications and, although our advisory skills are in high demand, our clients and colleagues are often unclear about the results they need or how we can help. Armed with some simple questions we can make a massive difference as organisations transform; this seminar introduces those questions and provides the foundations for good change communications.
