Work-life balance means something different to every individual, in this workshop we will work through an interactive session that will help you find the balance that’s right for you. Balance is not about leveling everything out but more about making time for the precious priorities in your life. We will work through key components of work-life balance, covering topics such as self care, relationships and career. There will be a key action from this workshop that attendees can take away and implement into their lives straight away to create change.
We will then move on to a guided meditation. After years of practicing and studying different techniques I have created one for the 21st century that is great for regular meditators and will hopefully encourage people who have never practiced meditation or mindfulness to see the benefits and start practicing. Meditation reduces stress, improves happiness and general wellbeing.
