Event Overview

During this two-hour online workshop you will be covering:

1.How to understand your values; what work-life success looks like right now

2.The mental load: understanding how this shows up and your resources

3.How to build resilience: the powering of reframing and relationships

You will be working through a variety of group coaching exercises, and will have the chance to ask questions at the end to your Coach and Trainer Clara Wilcox.

Summary:

No-one has a guidebook for working from home during these times, when you are balancing caring responsibilities and potential home-schooling.

Do not forget that “you are not working from home; you are at your home during a crisis trying to work.”
However, there are a few things you can do to help you feel calmer and set realistic expectations for yourself and your family.
