International Relations Role

About the role

The International Relations support will be a key liaison between our international offices, providing support for our offices in Dubai and Singapore through events planning, marketing, research and administration.



The PRCA was founded in London in 1969 and launched PRCA MENA in 2016 with the aim of raising standards in PR and communications, providing members with industry data, facilitating the sharing of communications best practice, and creating networking opportunities.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning of several regional events in both MENA and SEA
  • Identifying new members in both regions
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Identifying participants for events and competitions
  • Researching and producing thought leadership with senior contacts
  • Website administration
  • Email marketing strategy and delivery
  • Social media strategy and delivery
  • Administration support


Required skills:

  • Previous administration and event management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • General knowledge of public relations and communications industry
  • Willingness to travel


Desirable skills:

  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Knowledge of email and social media marketing software

Candidates will be based in Dubai but will work jointly with PRCA MENA and PRCA SEA
