Mavis Brittony Chua

Mavis Chua serves as Director, Communications, Asia Pacific since October 2018. She leads communications function for the region, providing leadership guidance for internal and employee communications, media relations, public affairs, marketing communications, and deploying digital and social media strategy.  She also partners closely with sales & marketing as they launch new products and services, and implement new ways of working to effectively connect with our customers and employees.

She has over 20 years of functional expertise from her work experiences in both corporate and government organizations.  Prior to joining Otis, Mavis was with Dow Chemical where she led Asia Pacific communications, business and marketing communications, corporate affairs, crisis communications, issues management and public policy for 14 years. In addition, she has had held several communication roles at Hong Leong Group and SPRING Singapore (formerly Productivity Standards Board), a government organization where she managed corporate communications, marketing communications, media relations, annual reports and corporate social responsibility programs.

Mavis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business (Marketing & Management) from Monash University, Australia.
